If you're petite like me, you know the pain of returning from a day-long shopping excursion empty-handed because everything in your size is hideous. I can't, for the life of me, understand why designers seem to think we shorties ought to dress like we're six or sixty. Elastic-waisted jeans and tops fashioned out of doilies?
