A few months ago, the lovely Lauren McCutcheon (Philadelphia Magazine's Lifestyle Editor) invited me to their offices to play around with some local makeup lines and share my thoughts. When I arrived, splayed out on a table was a veritable buffet of beauty products, from fabulous brands in my own backyard: Carie Brescia, Tenshi Beauty Bar, sh. cosmetics, and Tu by Claudia.
